The Brick Squad spitter was charged with a variety of offenses after Georgia police raided his home last week, including possession of marijuana and hydrocodone, possession of a firearm by a felon, violation of probation by driving with a suspended license, and violating Georgia's Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act.

Though Waka was not actually home during the police raid, which took place on Dec. 16, he surrendered to police on Jan. 3, and stayed in a Georgia jail until he was allowed to post his bond. His mother/manager, Debra Antney voiced her criticism of the arrest, claiming that the police were bullying her son, and that the charges were trumped up, as the weapons he was busted with were all allegedly legal.

"They found a bunch of guns and twice as much of cash," Antney explained. "They found the security ... his gun [he's] licensed to carry. Waka's security and his cousin was sleeping in the room. The door was locked and what they kicked it in for I don't know, because if they would have asked for the code, we would have given it." Antney also claimed that the raid was overblown by the media. "You put this big thing out there and start scaring sponsors," Antney continued. "It was two officers there that let us know and that s--- was bulls---!"

Waka Flocka is due back in court to face the charges shortly.
